Thud sound

Hi guys, I need some advice. Im getting a thud sound from the rear of my E36 328i when I engage first gear with the car stationary. Its been like that for a while now and I cant figure out what the issue is. Any help would be appreciated.

Probably a bush of sorts, contact Ross Duncan in Midrand if you based in Jozi.

Please update us if u do ever figure out the issue. I sometimes feel the same thing. Diff bushes all look good....although I think my engine mounts might be shot.

Cant be him, he died last week of jealousy. Just couldnt handle the sound of the M exhaust tone!!!

It could be clutch not disengaging fully.
