Thank you for taking the time to share this with the community, I am a firm believer in taking something good and making it amazing and this is a truly inspiring build of an ordinary car made into something much bigger and better.

Awesome work! :joy:

that is one hell of a project looks good.

noticed that you put power brake disks on,if you read the instructions, then you will notice that the grooves are supposed to run the other way, have had three cars with them on,as well as my wifes navara.

also checked with the guys at power brake as they are about 10kilos from my house

Thanks for the info bud!

I also know the guys there pretty well and we had a discussion regarding it. He said it will make no difference on my 300mm entry level GT series discs cause the vents on the inside aren't directional like their big brake kits. The vents on my PowerBrake GT discs look like my stock ones. So the cooling is the same regardless.

But I may look at a 330mm big brake upgrade kit with braided hoses now... Seeing as I will be hunting for 300BHP+ after my Quaife LSD and new gearbox is installed...

With the ATP GT28 bolt on kit I can look at 350BHP!!

But then I will need to look at stronger internals as well...

The stock Marhle internals from these THP engines are only good for 300BHP and 400nm... Which is still a lot for a little 1.6...

Excellent build thread you have going here!

About the 1M... You need to stop spending on the Pug and start saving. Doesn't seem that their price will drop soon.

The power and torque you're extracting from that little 1.6 is just amazing.:praise:

You should look into getting bigger discs and calipers, it will look awesome.

Well it was bound to come sooner or later...

My Peugeot has been sold. New owner is collecting this weekend.

I was looking for a lot of performance cars...

Options were the Golf R, 135i, Megane RS and Focus ST

I was then left with the Golf R and 135i... But the Golf has 4 doors and seeing as I'm a newly engaged man, I got the other half happy too. Car is Candy White and I am collecting her Thursday.

So I know it's not a BM, so please don't flame me guys! Lol! :fencelook:
