They stole my rear badge!.

And I thought this craze had passed. What do these guys do with the badge?
Met someone at the dealer who says that he removes his badge in those high risk areas.

Is this a Cape Town problem only or does it exist in the other regions as well?

Westville Shopping centre - they stole 2 front wheel covers did not have the time to take the rest ...foreigner card guard were involved ...caught them on camera....

I've had this happen twice and it's really annoying. However i Contacted Moe from auto xessorise last year Feb, he replaced them in a jiffy. His trick is using silicon behind the badge to make it really difficult to remove.

It has its pros and cons, the con being if the F@#ker is adament, his gonna damage your car.

I'm just grateful there's no paint damage and that they didn't steal the rest.
Got me a new badge from the agents for just under R600.
I'll now paranoid of them stealing it again as i I am with someone opening their door against mine

If you really need one theres a place in strand that sells them for r100 or r120 i got mine there... i came outside the other night and there was dental floss in my 330 badge[POUTING FACE] was still on though. Just for interest sake does anyone know where i could get that if it got stollen??

To stop this shit, encourage friends and family never to buy these badges second hand (off the street etc)
Decrease the demand, it's will decrease the likelihood of them stealing it.

Small steps make a difference!
