Wow

That should sum up what an awesome time I had with all great guys. Big Ups to all organizers and sponsors. Every single car present was :praise:
The accommodation was superb and the roads was breath taking as every turn offered a new view into awesome landscaping.

For those who have not been there yet, I strongly suggest you make this a Must Stop soon. Joining the guys next year will make it more eventful then you can imagine. I am so looking forward to another trip.

Real Big Thank you to all that made it such an amazing event.

Firstly thanks to the Almighty for taking us and returning us back to our homes safely.

Here's my accord of the event:
We left Pav around 2:45pm lead by Ashman in the Uteforce, the convoy was absolutely epic. Everyone was in single file formation all bunched up. It must have been some sight to behold for the on lookers and passing cars seeing this convoy coming through all decaled up and angels on.
When we got to Marringhill Plaza, the place came to a stand still just cause we were pulling though with some music provided by our engines.
In PMB Omkar meet us on the freeway and it was onward to Escourt to meet Mase, again single formation everyone in a line not more then 4cars space between each of us.
We picked up Mase and up Van Reenens we climbed.
At Bergview the GP crew was already waiting for us. The laughs began early. My journey in the convoy ended here as I went to Warden. However from Warden a 2 car convoy headed to Golden Gate hotel.
At Golden Gate hotel the e36s stole the show was they were the most cars there. 3 of them.
On Saturday we meet with Andy and had an amazing mountain drive.
On Sunday after many times saying goodbye we checked out, took pics and headed our separate ways. Some KZN guys headed home the rest of us headed toward Bethlehem. Once again single formation in a line.

This was an absolutely awesome trip for me. I think the best yet.
Clarens16 will be even better.

Thank you Arbee for the sacrifice that you made for this event and for pulling off such a big event smoothly.

Thanks to our sponsors S&I Auto, Firi, HK Customz, Icechilli and Hubblyking

Thank you Kish for assisting the KZN side of the logistics especially since you also had a lot going on at home.

Thank you Panda for assisting Icechilli with the decals

Thanks to all the participants for attending and providing laughs and kak praat (BTW I said ClarenS) and snoring and most of all Fast cars.

Peejay deserves many rep points as he went out to help out Teez on Friday evening.

As Icechilli once said When a brother is needed we never back down.

Here's my input on Clarens...

This was by far the best weekend I've ever had! From the wishing for Friday to approach faster so we could leave right up to the last moment I had so much of fun!

Thanks to Arbee, Ashman, Kish, Duran, PJ, Aqeel, Mayur, Jadiel and many others for putting up with our nonsense without complaints and giving us an amazing weekend. We will definitely be joining again!

Friday when we all met up at Pavilion I was happy to see all the beautiful cars dressed up in the Clarens decals, convoy all the way to Escort to meet up with our very own ///M63 driver Mayur then convoy again to Harrismith where the Joburg members awaited us. Supper then some complaining about the cold and we were off once more, arrived at Golden Gate Hotel late in the evening and made a very Eargasmic and Eyegasmic experience for the residents(horses included).

Saturday was even more insane because we got to take a drive to Clarens and fill the town up with some very extraordinary cars(and my tractor of course) our cars got so much of attention through that short time that it really put smiles on the locals faces. As we convoyed back to the Golden Gate hotel we met up with some of our members heading off to a photo shoot location and we followed them to the top of a very breathtaking view of Mountains, long winding roads, people and most importantly the cars. After about an hour of freezing on the mountain. We headed off to get more pics then back to FanaticsHQ. Supper and then a lot of talking and room jumping led to us falling asleep late.

Sunday morning we were waken up by the sound of YasBhai followed by a second awakening of YasBhai in the ///M63. We had to check out of the resort in time but we still made sure to snap a few hundred more pictures before splitting up with some of the Durban crew and the Joburg crew. We then set off towards Bethlehem to get some fuel and meet up with some of the local cars and their owners. Then off towards Durban with KishBhai leading the way. Stopping one last time at Harrismith to get our stomachs satisfied and then off straight to Durban.

Special thanks again to Arbee, Kish, Sanz(music man), Duran, Rose, Yulz, PJ, Ashman and many others for convoying together and the fun drives through lovely roads.

Really appreciate what was put together for us and the company and warm welcome from each member regardless of what we knew or what we drive. For that reason we will forever be a part of the fanatics as this family makes sacrifices for the best and will always have each other's back no matter what the circumstances are.

That car just added that "cherry on top" of my weekend. So much so, i have been trolling the Autotrader looking for C63's... :hammerhead:

I can still hear the echo!

Glad you guys had a good time!

I don't know what to say... this place brings so much of emotion from happy memories of time spent with the guys, this band of brothers has grown to new heights and the blood is only blue and white...

I want to thank everyone who attended as it is because of you this event was a success again... for the everlasting memories we made as TheFanatics this past weekend will never be forgotten...

they were a few people that stood out in my mind as going above and beyond their duty to make it an eventful weekend but most importantly to Yaseen, my only words are "WE ACHIEVED IT AGAIN"

Now for Clarens 2016!:ty:

Tons of fun, wish to see more people next year. Maybe if Yas can get the rooms a week before fasting starts more people will join and exams generally start when fasting starts so if plans go well we can maybe book all the chalets next time?

So the challenge to GP from KZN... How did it hold up? :=):

I think all attendees won! Everyone had an epic time and that's the most important part.

In terms of Numbers, KZN did bring more people and cars.

Highlight of my weekend was on Saturday afternoon, i needed some rest as i slept for a max of 2 hours on Friday night and the week leading to the weekend as well yielded little sleep. I cant sleep when im stressed and im always stressed leading to an event...

Anyways, DVST8 and I had arrived at the hotel after a filling brunch and a drive through the mountains and it was pretty warm. I set up the chairs outside to chill, put on my sunglasses and cap and tried to get some shut eye.

Needless to say, i got very little sleep. I could hear the different rumbles from our crew passing the hotel, enjoying the roads and scenery. Everyone was everywhere, driving around. It was music to my ears.

I sat here and just enjoyed the scenery and melody with a feeling i can only describe as "proud". Proud of our Community!
