Sure these will be small gatherings compared to the high effort, high cost events, but even small events can be considered successful.
To follow on, maybe the point shouldn't be to try and organise a few large events, but many smaller ones. The more dates in a calendar, the bigger the chance of people being able to attend.
We currently on 1 event a month... i don't think more then that is actually viable.

Social events are our main focus, over and above the 3 or 4 "big" events for the year.
1. Charity
2. Race day
3. Dyno
4. Breakfast run
Between these we host social events such as :-
Cars and coffee
Ice cream/hot chocolate meets
Pizza & Polish (Should do this early next year)
For the rest of this year, the guys have the dyno day and a breakfast run in plan/execution.
For our 3/4 main events we go all out and utilize our resources to the fullest. The smaller events we try and use these so that we (events coordinators) can socialize with members as well.
Lots of hard work and dedication is needed for setting up events. It takes up a lot of personal time. The current teams are exceptionally supportive of TheFanatics and we thank them for this.
