Great report Charles. The Nürburgring indeed is quite something! Going there myself this week-end again.

All the best from Luxembourg!

Luckily for all of us fanatics it was Charles that went for the trip, and we could all enjoy his lovely write-up skills and his love for taking photo's... Well done man:thumbsup:, bet you missed the Twinz greatly...

Hi Marcel...Of course i realised you were just a short distance from the Ring and hesitated to contact you in advance due to the Ash cloud bedevelling airlines all over Europe.

I also had to cancel my visit to Tony in London for the same reason...so much wanted to experience his 335 with bigger turbos...hear it is making huge dyno numbers.

You car looks great on the Ring...envy you guys. As mentioned in my email, i plan to attend the launch of the M5 in geneva next year and would love if we could meet there and then off to the Ring again...far away but i am licking my lips to see the car in the metal again...without its disguise.

And oh yes, congrats on the Bilstein B16 ride control :thumbsup:

No need to hesitate! I would have greatly welcomed the opportunity to meet up with you. AND you could have made some laps with my car!

Thanks! There's still a slight problem with the car right now due to the Bilstein (steering wheel sensor got a whack and now everything has to be recalibrated), but it feels great so far. Thanks a lot to you for letting me try this out, that has counted a lot in my decision to get this!

I can't wait for the final verdict from Tony on the piggyback tune for his upgraded turbos.:thumbsup: Don't want any flash on my car...so no big turbos until this has been acomplished :thinker:

Absolutely amazing twinz! The pics are stunning and by the sounds of it, you had as much fun as a 5yr old on christmas morning :)

I so badly wish I could do the same, just need to figure out who's kidneys I'm going to flog on the black market :)
