insurance was saying that the bumper stiffner and the attached structure was damaged......does that qualify as structural ?

I don't think it's enough to classify the car as 'Rebuilt' which is what Code 3 is.

She has a Dension 500s BT fitted providing usb, aux, bt and audio streaking all fully integrated into the iDrive.
