wheel refurb looks great, who did the work if you dont mind me asking?

Ditto

https://www.facebook.com/MagTek.za/

as per my review of them, the place looks dodge, but price and service were 15/10

if you can overlook the area and front of the business, its worth it

How much was the mag repairs?

Thanks, I just spoke to Dale.

Brilliant client service. They explain their services in detail and at quite an affordable price.

Thanks Technician:thumbs:

Most businesses these days make customers feel like they doing them a favour. And they have this take it or leave it attitude.

But chatting to Dale felt like a whiff of fresh air and truely soemone that appears to be willing to make the customer happy. So gonna give them a go. Will post my feedback and results

He is going to pick up the wheels from me and loan me a set ...

Is it a 100% repair. As in perfect repair with no blemishes., Runs etc

Dale went out his way to make me feel like i was important to the business.

If im hyper critical, id say 90% if you have to go over each wheel with a fine toothbrush.
But at half the price of other well known unfriendly competition down the road, its something that you could maybe accept.

i wasn't too sure if i wanted to be treated poorly and pay a arm and a leg and have it at 95%
or pay half the price, get feedback right through the process, get treated really well and have it at 90%

but i pointed out one or 2 things i wasnt happy with and he said i could leave it and they would fix it, or i can put it back on the car and bring it back and they would attend to it with no issues at all.

i think they still new at the business so he is very open to pointers etc.

Please let us know your feedback. I got a quote from the "famous" place in Alberton, with whom iv supported many times over the years and while no denying the quality of their work, their prices and their attitude really makes me not want to do business with them.
