There was hardly any traction i spinned 1st and 2nd gear getting decent traction only in third
I managed a decent time and exit speed with poor traction
I think it was the quikest x35 of the night
13.6s 1/4mile. 172kph

The worst traction I have experienced since going to Tarlton . A GTR got whipped by the pink lady in a golf 1 due to traction issues. He was snaking of the line. She managed a 16 sec and ended the quarter mile in front of him.

I ran a 1,000,000.00 :argh:
Could not get traction with the run flats at all.
3,000rpm in 2nd and its still spinning.....was a waste of time. I showed Gareth what happens when I get traction :rollsmile:

Hoosain gave me a proper hiding. Felt like the 1M was looking for parking. Spinning 1st, 2nd and 3rd and then crossed the line. Luckily that was the only one that I lost out of the four runs. The golfs tried, but didn't succeed.

And then came a white 911 out of nowhere, roundabout half past nineish. No noise, nothing.. Lined up, whooshed away into the yonder and did some hysterical time. Was fantastic! Didn't see it again but that Porsche stood out for me as one of the most memorable runs for the evening. :thumbs:

My time sheet

Track was slippery as hell. Car stood still in first and second and still spun all way with every gear change into fourth. Went to tarlton after year and half and last night was a reminder why i hate that place so much. Feul and traffic to get there from pretoria is a nightmare but track is always slippery everytime i had been there. Last time i was there nearly went into the wall twice due to oil on the track. Hence i prefer ODI but every track has its issues. Tarlton is extremely well organized with regards to timing and boards displaying times is a big plus. 15-16 sec runs was on used bridgestone semis that i borrowed but as much and as long as i warmed them up they would not bite. 14's were all on street Goodyear eagle f1 tyres. Still spun but not as bad. 14.4 was against 6 gti, 14.7 was against roc R. The 14.7 run the clutch slipped in third gear and 14.8 was a poor launch and traction. Need to invest in nice set of hoosier full slicks.
