We didnt use a template to do my taillights. We had to use a sheet per light cos the lights are big, so we just stuck the film in the middle of the light and then applied it outwards. Then cut the edges off

ari.. U can go to your laminx dealer and ask them to order the bigger sheets.
They must then contact the local importer, and they will get it.. Unfortunately, u cant request direct from the importer.

Thanks. Autostyle reckon they can get any other sizes when I asked them...

Was thinking of contacting Evo Tuning (the importers who supply AutoStyle - which happen to be right opposite AutoStyle), but got over it. Will ether just order some 1 series coupe specific pre-cut sheets from overseas.

Evo Tuning owns Autostyle!!! AFAIK, Evo tuning are the bulk suppliers, Autostyle is the retailer! - This is what i was told by a staff member at Autostyle!

Have you got closeups of the detailing around the edges, Grant?

These 3 we had to cut the lip to avoid overlap of the film:

This 1 in the bottom corner cos of the sharp bend:

They the same. Had them on now for about 8 months.

Theres been no problems with seeing dirt on the inside as the tint is very dark.

Yes, they are dull when they dirty on the outside.

I put clear film on the headlights. In fact, the whole front of the car is covered with clear protective film, except the kidney grill and the badge.
