tail lights on 1series coupe - Problems??

hi Guys
any of you had any issues on these tail lights
the indicators and brake light works fine, it's just the 3 stripes when the lights are on that stops working..
The left hand side stopped working and after a whole day of dianostics the dealer replaced the taillight cluster..
2 weeks later the other side stops working and there is no stock in S.A :hammerhead:

is this a common issue?

Yes it is a common issue for the 3 stripes in the 1series coupe light to go dead and the LED's in the indicator of the E90 LCI also dont last... all that can be done is to replace the whole light. BMW did revise the parts so hopefully they should last longer.

both have been replaced now so hopefully i have no more problems
