suspension knocks etc e70 3.0si

Our e70 3.0si Sport Suspension has suspension noises (mostly knock-like sounds) both from front and rear on uneven roads (even uneven asphalt). Almost sounds sometimes like worn-out shocks, but again not sure. It has 95k on the odo.

Are these bushings? AT this mileage, do most bushings need to be replaced?
What bushes should we be looking at?

As we plan to have the dealer take a look, what usually causes clunking noises from the suspension (front and rear) on the e70 with sports suspension?

Sometimes the dealer may claim to not have found anything hence me asking here.. you never know.

Car feels old one uneven and bumpy roads, yet its just 95k kms
