How the heck did they arrive at R8k?

I previously asked on this forum about Febi brake discs at Goldwagen and most responses said I must rather go for surebrake discs. Goldwagen also stock them at R1750 a disc (rear though).

Has anyone actually used Febi Brake pads recently?

After having paid 8K For rear brake pads and disks at the beginning of the year at ABM, i cant do the same again for the fronts.

My Indie quoted me on Febi pads an disks and said they are good.

Has anyone tried them?

Yes, I have fitted Febi pads at the front on my TT. No issues at all and excellent performance.

surebrake disks are fine.... Just stay far away from surebrake pads. They are a disaster waiting to happen.

I'm confused now as on another thread I was sworn off Febi Disks and pointed to Surebrake, so is it a case of Febi pads good, but disks bad and SB disks good but pads bad?

Mine caught alight while hard braking one night with the e90 330d. Will not fit them even if im desperate.
Fitted deselra pads afterwards and they were loads better.

Im guessing these are fitted to the e92 325i?

can supply Textar for this at R 625 a set Textar is OEM so why bother with a pad that pay or may not work as intended

have resupplied many customers who have tried surebrake from other suppliers and were not happy so would advise to rather stay away from this pad

Hi Moranor. Will you be able to supply Textar brake pads for F30 330d 2016 Lci, front and rear. Im based in Durban.
