Superknock cylinder 4, 30f0 code

Hey guys. I have been getting a 30f0 code , Superk-nock on cylinder 4. This is after flashing with MHD app. I cleared it then it shows up after hard driving. Car drives fine and no odd sounds.
Should i be worried? or should i just flash to the 93 octane map and see. I don't have any mods besides the flash.

U need to use 91oct 95 RON map.

To much boost to little octane. We get 95 RON in S.A..

I see. I just assumed the 95 I was putting in is 95 octane. Thanks will give it a try

I wish any brand unleaded 95 in sa was 95 octane but its not the case...
Has anyone ever tested the octane in shell and bp"s unleaded 95 fuels??

flash to the 91 octane map and not the 93... the 93 will still result in timing pull....
