So what started out as a simple plan 2 surprise my wife by polishing her M3 up 4 her ended up being a polishing marathon. After close inspection by the gloss guru it was determined that my hand polish idea wasnt going 2 work as the whole car had been peppered by iron dust from nearby construction & it had begun 2 rust into the paint. So askin myself how I got here from my simple plan as I masked up every window & black trim, an afternoon, 2 washes, a machine polish, a Meguires hand polish & a final buff later & she looks amazing!
