So yesterday evening I quickly popped over to Burgy (really awesome guy if I might add) and I picked up this:
A replica ACS strut brace

And here it is fitted:

The quality of it in terms of look and feel is very good, and I thing it just looks beyond hot in the engine bay, and I haven't yet driven the car, so I don't know if it has changed any dynamics of the car yet (changes would probably be to small to notice anyway, but I am sensing a lot of placebo coming on :) )

Looking good.

And while on the topic. I understand that if one drive enthusiastically it makes a difference but for people driving calmly most of the time, are this really worth?

That looks awesome!

Going to add to my list of proposed mods. Spent too much on my car in the last 2 weeks!

Pity the one for the e36 is just a boring straight bar. Doesnt look as cool.

You planning on painting it at all Sankekur?

Take it off and go drive around one bend to get the feel. The replace the strut and drive around the same bend so you have a benchmark.

But who cares about the handling, that thing looks awesome!

Thanks for all the comment guys

@gconry18: Originally I was thinking of painting it, but after having fitted it I am liking the way it looks just as it is (the aluminium looks a lot like the titanium silver of my car)

@HELLAS: Probably 95% of why I fitted is just because it looks so awesome, the other 5% was that there might be the slight possibility that the car might feel a tiny bit better.

What I can tell you is that it definitely feels like it has added at least 15wkW :)

Sorry man, can't believe I forgot :), but there will always be a next time :)

I just have to add when washing the car this morning, all the time I was looking forward to getting to the part where I can give my engine a wipe down so that i can look at my strut brace :)
