I changed the CCFL Angel Eyes to LED's from VSomai , got install help due to a grounding issue from ChrisBrand.
Long story short , could not find the accessory wire in CPU unit to to a DRL install so wired LED rings to park lamp (drivers side) and tapped.
All working well now and all wiring tidied up.
Only un-used wire is the yellow one.
I use my parks regularly with the indicator position.
What I notice now is with car off , indicator stalk to right hand side then all 4 rings lights up and if I move indicator stalk to left hand side then the OEM park lamp (in left front headlamp unit) lights up and the rings stay off.
If I tap the yellow wire to the black positive park wire on the left headlamp , would the indicator stalk in left position also light up all the rings or only the rings on the left hand side.
FYI if you have CCFL's and inverters then this issue does not exist and the correct side is lit.
That said on CCFL's , since 2006 I've had 4 sets across my BMW's and the common failure is the inverters that give up , the rings are pretty solid or so has my experience thus far been with them.
Its not a train smash if it does not work.
