Strange drive line noise

Hi,

Noticed a strange noise today like a vibration type thing.

When I accelerate in a gear & back off then it makes the noise


Car is a 2000 E46 318i Manual 145K Km on the clock

DonovanPorter also has an issue similar to it but he has a standard drive lines...

Sounds like some kind of mounting. engine or diff most likely...

will see how it goes 2mro.. but the car is due to go see the mechanic for a couple other things.. just waiting for my dad to get his car back from BMW (they have had it since the flood in Dec) and still not finished with it...

Look at the engine and gearbox mountings,drive line and diff...its a start
