Stock bushes for comfort
18s for comfort and handling.

Poly bushes on the outer arms with stock bushes on the rest for decent handling

All the info you need is already in this thread....

The Shock/energy is now going to be transferred to the Weak part where the subframe meets the Body and since this area is not reinforced enough, its going to crack this part of the body... these cracks appear on stock on cars after some time and hard driving, you can be assured with the Poly Bushes, its going to negatively impact this area of the body if its not already been reinforced/strengthened .

Take the Poly bushes out and fit the Rubber Bushes.

OK the new polys on my e46 m3 is way better than what my dad had told me was happening, car is much better on the road, handles better and the stiffness is actually not there. Car is lowered so I will expect slight stiffness
Enjoying the beasty even more now. Just the gear changing is bit stiff and 3rd hopping out is killing all the fun
