My 04 BMW is making squeaking sound under my car I did wash it week before it started. I do stay in IL could it be from the cold ?

e46fanatics might be more helpful because,
1. They have most things covered for the e46's,
2. We here in sunny South Africa we don't get Xi models only rear wheel drive models, i.o.w it might just be a 4 wheel drive problem which we don't experience here. Again e46fanatics should help you out there as it is international.

Now to get long with us, the best results are obtained by following these steps

2. I drive a: 2004 330xi (I did that one for you :rollsmile
3. Explain the problem: Squeaking noise does not explain the problem. Where is coming from, engine compartment, the suspension. When can you here the squeaking noise, when you do what? Maybe it is just the seat that is squeaking? :rollsmile:
