Explain to me how the USA have the same problem with the right side being lower than the left, if it is saggy suspension then wouldn't the left side be lower than the right? Given the fact that the average american driver weighs 150kg, this would cause the left suspension to sag more, yet its not the case because the suspension was designed that way for driver compensation....

I also said that I haven't measured the e90 to see if it does the same thing as the e36 and e46. If all you e90 owners measure and say that it is perfectly level then I take your word for it. I am not here to throw insults but you have to realize that this forum and my garage is my passion yet also my bread and butter. I have dedicated my life to BMWs and pride myself in the knowledge I have gathered in the past 20years of working on the brand. I may get a little heated when someone tells me I don't know what Im talking about but you have to understand I don't come into YOUR office and tell YOU are talking crap. Lets just tone it down a little guys.

To the O.P, the Head Workshop Manager said it because previous 3 series models were like that. He is just going on what he knows from previous experience, as am I and Sank.
Take a tape measure with you and go measure some e90's in the dealer with the Manager present before you build a case.

Thank you. As advised, I'll go into the dealership and measure other vehicles in the meantime as I'm awaiting feedback from BMW SA regarding this issue.
