At what KM intervals should the spark plugs of a 540i e39 with Bosch fgr7dqp - Platinum be replaced?

I dunno hey, but mine are losting forever, I put some in when I got the car, and their still going strong. bout 3 years.
I'll take em out in the week and see what they look like now... and I will post some pics and show you

Aren't those platinum jobbies good for a 100 000km or some insane number like that? I used to run plain old steel ones up to 50 000km (admittedly, that was by accident and not as a rule. I kinda forgot to check them and went a little "over".)

I am a fan of using the normal Bosch F7LDCR plugs or NGK XXXXX plugs. They last up to 20 000KM and then I replace them. This does not give them long enough to weld themselvs to the cylinder head!
