Some upgrades for my R56 Cooper S

Hi guys,

My mini recently came out of motor plan, and I have been toying around with the idea of some kind of performance upgrades. Specifically something to help the engine breathe easier.

What exhaust mods have you guys carried out, and what you would you recommend I look in to.

That is about to the tune of what I was thinking. Any suggestions on what kit to get/who to go to for the software tune, etc?

That's exactly what the stock power is . So where is the run after the map:rollsmile:

@panteraza - there are many tuning companies out there, go with one which you feel is best. I would head over to vw club forum as popular ones are sponsores on there so you will get an idea.

The engine/ECU in that car is very sensitive and flips out easily if tampered with incorrectly, alot of tuners have had issues with it her in the UK.
Other than getting a map for your car directly from JC , there were lots if yet teething problems.

If you do a decat , a stealth mod.
Its a win win!
