I wish they would make it law to have car insurance like in the states. It's ridiculous the amount of people who are not insured.

You're probably going to spend more trying to get them to pay than the damages are worth. And that's even if they have the means to do so. And then you could be left with the damages and hefty lawyers bills.

you sound like a friend of mine,refuses to take out insurance on anything,car was hi-jacked,cant afford another car as ex wife took him to the cleaners in the divorce, now relies on other people to get him around.:thumbdo:

if he had taken out insurance he would've now been driving around in another car
