Hi Guys! Saw that link above and sort of snooped around coming accross this car ,

I noticed on the speedometer the needle is stuck , I Have always wondered , does this always happen? Is the needle supposed to stay at that position ? Speed of impact? I have seen a few cars at scrap yards with there needles stuck like that .

:skit: that is a total write off it can't be salvaged how can it even be considered for resale?

o yes and the M3 looks to be in good condition, wonder what it will go for eventually..

I think those are mostly sold for parts , not sure how many parts you can get from that car though ...maybe a wheel? Still curious about the speedometer reading , always thought it was an "old wifes tale that it would get stuck at the speed of impact"

I know some would kill me for saying this buuut , I wonder if it was possible to buy that red M3 and maybe fit in a lesser motor? Considering how expensive a replacement M3 motor is , you would have an M3 that's not as fast as an M3 for less then 100k . cant be more expensive then fixing a broken M3 Motor.

the M doesn't look to bad with 204k km .. internal damage must be crazy considering the price .. bids at R60k ..
