Sheer Driving Pleasure!

I am new to the marque, but wish I experienced the pleasure at a younger age (still young!:flyfun My offices are in Midrand but stay in PTA, plus travelling between customers in East/West Rand and CBD means plenty km's daily. Today was my first day in the fiver and did 432 ks!

This is THE most amazing vehicle I have ever driven!! Ample power for overtaking, with superb maneuverability and handling! I kept to the speed limit (almost), and got a consumption figure of 11.1km/l.
That is super for a vehicle of this size, plus I felt relaxed and rested when I got home. I should have bought one long ago.....

Another prophet for the brand was born today:thumbs:.

I know the feeling, i have covered over 16000km with mine in 10months and it is not my daily

A heads up guys and gals: I ran some errands this morning and mistakenly took my spare keys. Started the car but soon realized all my presets on the audio was gone/altered! Bass/treble settings 0, and even the unit settings were °F and not °C, Aircon was on etc.

Did some reading on the www, and found one specific post on a UK site saying that some preferential settings are saved on the FOB!! Went to my car with the "normal" key, and voila, all my old settings are back :thumbs:!!.

Jeez, these cars are clever:inlove:.

Awesome stuff! :thumbs: I cannot imagine a day on the road in anything but a BMW.. The heart wants what the hearts wants.. drove 1 of our polos for a week while my baby was being repaired, was nearly the death of me..:flyfun:

Been driving BMW's since 2001 and I never cease to be amazed
