Nope. For the last 3 or 4 events (the last 2 years),the event has been spoilt by scumbags getting sloshed, swearing and fighting. It's really unpleasant. The line-up of cars is ALWAYS great but because it's overfull you don't really see the racing.

I went once and haven't gone again, the queues (I shit you not) went all the way over the crests to the iron factory, over the train lines...and we went early. You can't see much more than the start of what is supposed to be a top end run, the line-up was unimpressive

and yes, people were DIKgesuip

Not going again anytime soon

P.S. a colleague told me they're supposed to have a Veyron or something going for a 400kph+ run this year

Most likely not. Plus it doesn't look like I'll be going anymore either. Got a best friend who's getting married, and Uncle and Aunty going to Mecca, and to top it all off, the in-laws wanna go to Struisbaai. Doesn't look like I'll be doing much resting this weekend:thumbdo:
