Herewith the formal thread for the BMW Tunnel Run.

We thought it may be better to form our own convoy and meet everyone at the Engen 1Stop on N1.

Time: 8.30 for 8.45

Place: N1 City Mcdonalds

Date: Sunday, 31 August 2015

Or you can meet us at the Engen garage if you so wish.

I, myself, will try and do the full run as i am meant to be in Hermanus on that day.

Destination: Worcester Mall

Im not a fan but we could even have our own BMW stop at Wimpy in Worcester.

That is correct. I thought we could make our Mini convoy and meet the others at Engen 1 Stop on N1. If you guys rather wish to meet the others at Auto Atlantic kindly indicate so.

The southern suburb guys are meeting up at Auto Atlantic and will meet up with the Northern suburb guys at the Engen 1 Stop

Thanks Grant. Depending on interest from the fellow members we may use Auto Atlantic. N1 City McDonalds was a suggestion as this may provide a better venue for Fanatics to get to know one another while the other stops will see all the other clubs. But I have no problem in meeting up at AA

Guys, as mentioned above, the meeting place will be N1 City McDonalds. We as event organisers think that this venue will be mutually beneficial for the Northern and Southern suburb guys.

We will meet at the time specified above and will join the others (incl BMW Car Club CPT) as they pass N1 City.

This will allow members to get to know other members etc and will also have McDs for those who want a coffee etc.

Will also give a chance for photographers to photograph members at N1 City and then photograph others at N1 Engen.

We trust this is in order.
