S54 swapped E30 Coupe

Well done on doing everything yourself, and completing it. Looks like a masterpiece.
How did you get the e36 cluster to communicate with the S54 ECU, and why was this decision made for the older cluster? I must say I like the older look of the e36 cluster in the e30.
......just wondering if it was a nightmare to get to work

I actually wanted to use the s54 cluster but i would i have needed a few other modules to get it to communicate properly and without those modulesi would have had alot of dash lights on
With the e36 cluster being very similar to the e30 it was way easier

Wow this is just awesome, love the OEM look and feel of everything. You sir have created a master piece

The only thing I would have done different is put is 332i badge on the back and maybe more period correct wheels.

Would like to see more pics of the build process if you have any. Well done on taking something like this on and finishing to such a high standard
