Routine Maintenance on F30

Hi guys,

My F30 320i is out of motor plan. I want to try and keep this car in tip-top shape for as long as possible, to avoid any major problems down the line.
Does anybody have a few tips on typical routine maintenance things that I can do at home once in a while, to keep her running well? Major stuff will obviously still be handled in my services, but I'm talking about things to check up on between services.

I need space in that boat as well, my motorplan expiring this year... :biglol:
