but on a serious note, this story seems a bit to "innocent", Liam did nothing at all the whole time, knowing drivers nowadays, 90% of them flip the bird or swear at people who point out they have done something worng, i am not saying Liam did anything wrong but it jsut seems to innocent? Maybe i am looking to much into this story...

You would battle to prove a self defense shooting in this case. Shooting should be your only remaining option to stop the attack when you decide its that time. He should have, and could have driven away! yet, he insisted on confronting this guy. The driver of the X5 could easily say this oke was threatening to kill him so he pulled a knife to defend himself.

Why did he pull over. he was obviously going to try and teach this oak a lesson, therefore putting himself in a potentially dangerous situation.

When you carry a firearm your number one priority is to avoid conflict at all costs!!! You do NOT stop and try and reason with a rage drunk fool! If you shoot a guy, your gun will be confiscated for ballistics testing for 6 - 24 months. Why risk being unarmed because you shot some guy in a stupid road rage case. Rather save lethal force for protecting your family from murderers and rapists!

If the guy in the X5 actually hit his car on purpose he would be in such deep shit, Simply drive to the nearest police station and report it.

If a guy is aggressive enough to intentionally hit my car while trying to push me off the road im not stopping for anyone!
Im heading for the nearest police station.

If he continues to pursue me though, and damages my car to the point where it becomes immobile and I can no longer escape, I now have no other means to defend myself and my firearm will be making an appearance.

And even after all of this, It will first be presented in a safe "low ready" position with a verbal warning that if he continues his actions you will shoot him.

agree fully, his action was complety uncalled for, and once the police have his detail quite sure he will be arrested, facing charges of assult with intent to do serious bodily harm, if not more. Possibly attempted murder.....

Thought that crossed my mind, unless you are a doctor which I don't suppose this fellow is why carry a scalpel in your pocket? As this does not seem to be a normal pocket knife that did this kind of cuts......

I got out of my car twice...

1st time was driving on 2 lane and was on the slow lane, light turns green and some dumbass speeding like a mofo came from the left turning lane and cut me and my bro about a millimeter away. So we gave chase to the next robot, got out and went to his window and just warn him WTF was he doing? He was apologetic said he had a emergancy, so I just let it go. But then he was driving all slow afterwards anyways:nonono:

2nd time. was on the slow lane again, saw the traffic in front so I decide to turn left. Indicated, check if there are cars, was clear and went on to turn left. This lady in a polo sped out down the road and honk for like 10 sec!!! So I stop and got out of the car and was about to walk to her car and just ask her what's up, she reverse but had bunch of cars was behind so I left it and just give her a stoneface. This all happen when i had my mom in my car and was right in front of police station haha:rollsmile:
