Awesome ride What deal does Hi-Q have on tyres? Ive done research on these tyres and also decided to put them on my OPC instead of Michelin PS4s...But Ive been procrastinating hard to go in and do this as I never use the car

I'm not sure if the promo is still available,  but it was buy any 4 Goodyear tyres and pay for 3, with free fitment and alignment,  also includes 2 years of free tyre insurance (but this is more of a marketing thing imo...basically only covers you if the tyre is damaged beyond repair...plenty of T&c's...but free so ...)

Wow that sounds like a deal, I missed out on that one! Ironic as I was at Hi-Q Fourways just last week and asked for a Goodyear tyre quote

Just realised its been 2 years owning this beauty...and what an experience it has been😀

No real updates to report...with the Levis 501 v2 covid spreading rampant in Durban, I have moved back into the home office, and due to some troubles with one of the other cars (will update that thread shortly), the wife had been moving around with the 330i for a week or two, but now its back to resting.

I had some big plans for the car, but never got around to getting to them🙃

and now some pics...As mentioned by @KPM3_30, a "small, COVID friendly meet up" took place in the holidays.

Its with a heavy heart that this thread has come to an end , however life calls for other endeavors. She has served me well over the last two years and was nothing short of an amazing journey, whether it be driving, cleaning, doing mods or getting my hands dirty with some maintenance.

Shes off too a new home (back to GP), the new owner is enthusiast and promises to continue the up keep of this car.




fyi...some Mtech 2 goodies in that trailer ...Im glad that she will get the parts that I had purchased for her 🙂.

I almost bought the car back from you.....unfortunately the Z4 at the time was a serious money pit!
I just read through the entire for sale thread of this car. It is quite amazing how it keeps getting sold for more and more.

I hope the new owner bought the entire Mtech 2 kit from Riaad and posts pics at some point. I wanted to do that to the car but damn that mtech 2 kit was expensive! E46 330i with full Mtech 2 kit looks ridiculously good though.

The new owner did in fact buy all the parts I had collected, and it turns out that he owns a panel shop. The full OEM mtech 2 kit was fitted, and the entire car had a blow over, he has also done the 2 tone door cards which was something I had planned on doing a long time ago.

Not sure if the new owner has joined the forum as yet, but I will post some pics that he had sent to me (doubt he would mind)







Also, this 330i now has an e46 m3 subframe and LSD...and has finally seen some race tracks
