Been 3 days now since the upgrade, cant believe how different my daily commute feels:=):

I think the interior is more or less sorted now...maybe just an android unit to bring up the interior to date :tiptoe:

But lets see what happens :thumbs:

Yeah the sports seats are miles better than the normal seats. You don't believe the difference until you have been in both.

I have OEM black carpets already, just had them out the car when I took those pics ...was letting the floor dry fully:thumbs:

2020 Lock Down Update :fencelook:

The last quarter of 2019 turned out to be a rather busy one, which continued through to 2020, I've been meaning to address the lack of updates on my threads during the lockdown, finally got a chance :smilebounce:

She has been doing the daily duty with no hassles, so this is, for the most part, a boring update :tiptoe:

Some time last year I treated those style 224M's to a proper cleaning, AutoFinesse Iron Out taking care of the dirty job.

They clean up rather well :blowheart:

Attended the BMWFanatics Toy Drive 2019, was a rather wet drive, but great to see guys come out and support a great cause!

To end off 2019, a few friends got together for a morning breakfast run, which was...Entertaining :tiptoe:

As with a few other fanatics, I took advantage of the Xcede Black Friday special :cartel:

I was never really happy with the previous tune on the vehicle, Always felt that the power delivery could have been better, pleased to say that the car responds much smoother with the Xcede Tune and power does somewhat feel stronger (well atleast on the butt-dyno).

While all that was happening, I finally got the 'hacked' oem exhaust system out.

Out with the old :hammerhead:

Since I already have Viper Headers on, I completed the systems with a S/S dual 50mm to 57mm System, with 1 mid box and a rear silencer.

The system more or less eliminated the raspy tone of the decat OEM system, and now has a deeper/aggressive sound track,reminds me of the S52 exhaust note, there is a slight bit of drone (thanks to the 3.38 diff, my usual cruising speed is drone free). I do plan on revising the system at some point with a X-pipe.
