Guys, its not easy, mine were both shot, the left one more so, totally in 2 pieces, my engine was touching the bashplate....
You will need a few special tools for the right one, it's designed as a left hand drive, I'm sure, but right hand drive has a steering shaft right in the way, you will need to lift the car safely and securely, remove 3 plates underneath, remove the airfilter housing, then you have to support the motor, either with a hoist from above or a jack from beneath, getting the right mount out is a sonofabeech, the left one is easy....I was short of bucks, otherwise I would have taken it to Gizmo, no question....
Keep checking them, especially if you have hiugh mileage, and drive it like you stole it, like me....if you see any moisure anywhere around or on the mountings, they can be seen from the top, change them, get them changed....OEM parts too, the best, pricey, but worth it...
