Replacement for E36 Business RDS

My Business RDS (Philips) radio decided it's life of 15 years is over during March 2013. Combined told me that the processor went and no replacement parts available. I want to keep the shuttle and want to know if somebody have a working Proffesionel RDS from late model E36/E32/E34/Z3 available for me to take over. Any advice would also very much be appreciated.
