I beat all mapped opcs from corsa to astra. I'm on 160 kw and R53. Note with the R56 mapped + exhaust should be quicker as it has way more torque to the 53.
Just remember the Mini has a weight advantage to all hot hatches.

Here is a comparison between a standard R56 & opc corsa.
1st gear (Mini bad pull off), OPC corsa pulls ahead slightly. When I hit 3rd gear it was bye-bye opc....So standard r56 chows opc. I bet with upgrades it will do the same.
