Reduced Pulley

I'm looking for some information on the following:
Did the R53 Mini JCW GP Kit run the same 11% reduced pulley as the normal Cooper S JCW?

Where can I find a reduced pulley kit in SA? If not in SA where would be the best place to source a reduction kit or some of the parts e.g. belts etc?

I have no clue about the reduced pulley, however perhaps a Google search - might be easiest to import the part.
