After my nightshift sleep , spent some time assembling, ran out of time to complete, will do it tommorrow. Something that is bugging me, the one valve that burnt, can clearly see that it wasnt sealing properly and the "seal" ridge is totally off centre, now my question is, was the performance / boost drop after fitting this head ,the valve that did not seal properly or was it the porting that was way to big ? Maybe at a later stage will test that head again but for now, quite happy with how the current head came out. Making sure no old valves went back into this head, before i sent it, removed all valves and bought all new valves and semt it together with the head, also had the face on the exhaust manifold skimed to make sure it is "face". All exhaust studs, used locktite on the head side and from suggestions here on previous comments, got me a set of copper lock nuts so should not have any leaks there again.
