Rear Shock Mount Tower Reinforcing

Ok, so a bit of preventative maintenance here ... my suspension is pretty hard and i know the rear shock mounts / tower will take strain.

Who is the go to guy to get upgraded mounts from? If i cant find something after-market thats good... i'll go with the Z3 rear mounts. I see they have an additional plate.
