Rear Lights OUT indicator

Ok so i searched but could not find anything Specifically to my issue

So most of you know i did a 330 swop..

So in order to NOT get the Red Mileage tamper DOT on the cluster, I installed the light switch from the 330i sedan to my wagon too

After doing that, The rear "Lights out" indicator on the cluster is permanently on.
I checked all the contacts and Replaced all the bulbs with correct type and Issue is the same..

Prior to the Motor swop, i hade no light indicator issues...
Tried clearing codes but they just pop up again...

Since its a 2005 Donar car and a 2001 Project car, Would the Light switch need some kind of coding of sorts???

Im not understanding Why the indicator wont go outmgwaiting:

MUST also mention, The Rear FOG LIGHT stays on permanently.

the sedans tail lights are diff to the wagon anyway. so the DIY is not possible for me...

Will plug in the Old light unit and see what it does..

Just afraid of getting that RED DOT on the cluster.
im told once its there, it cannot be removed

Thread Revival.

So after Much Research I managed to get rid of the LIGHTS OUT indicator on my cluster. And finding out the Sedan has 4 bulbs and Touring only 3, i realized that the 2 lights its looking for are the XTRA lights in the sedan tail lights. (if that makes sense)

I bought the PA Soft 1.4.0 Scanner and after i was told its NOT POSSIBLE to code them using this scanner and i need to use NCS Expert, Today i decided to mess around using PA soft

Im happy to say, i successfully coded the LCM and removed the Offending lights out indicators

Here is how:

Scanned the car for Errors and i found These PRESENT ones:

Then I opened up the CODING tab and selected "Light Coding"
Found the three similarly Named to those in the Scan.

Removed them.

AND BOOM!!!! NO MORE LIGHTS OUT ERRORS!!!!!!

I have unplugged the Remainder of the bulbs to make sure the Feature still works and that i dd not disable the feature and it Definitly still works.. All the Brake and indicator lights Works 100% ok

I find PA soft So user friendly and Very easy to User and Easy to find what you looking for

Now, Just need to Find a way to get rid of the Exclamation mark in RED " (!) "
I think This is due to the facelift parts the Car came from having DSC and the Pre faclift being ASC... Sound more advanced so doubt PA Soft can code the ECU to see the ASC and store it.

And need to figure out how to get the PDC enabled
