perfect colour for that car , must the Turner Motorsports reinforcement kit be welded to the car ? who will be doing it ?

Thanks guys, yeah the colour did it, very few Steel Grey Metallics around.

@cato3 yes the plates are to be welded in. They're preformed to the contours of the floor. Will be using a recommended supplier from a friend of mine, he knows this chassis inside and out having owned multiple examples and also having raced an E46 M3 in the BMW Car Club series. Will report back after it's done

So it's been a while since I've had the car, can truly say I've been enjoying it! Average fuel consumption is now down from 13.8l/100km to 10.3l/100km in my hands. Quite surprised!

Also changed the motor, gearbox and diff oil as well as brake and power steering fluid to Motul products (thanks Karter Performance) and replaced the worn shifter bearing/cup with a new OEM part. Went ahead and swapped the shifter out with a new OEM 330d shifter as well, after it was recommended on a number of forums as an OEM short shift upgrade.

Then also had the OEM radio LCD replaced as it was completely dead and added Llumar tint (top notch work from A to Z Car Audio) .

Finally some goodies arrived to be fitted in the new year
