More to add on the maintenance, The tappet cover gasket had an annoying leak that dripped oil onto the downpipe, resulting in smokey burnt smell in the cabin. Had the work done at DVN Automotive. Denis is an awesome guy with a huge passion for cars. His workmanship is top-class :praise:
Coming up will be a premature oil flush and service as I noticed a bit of sludge buildup when the tappet cover was removed. I would also need to replace the cabin filters and attend to annoying squeak from the steering wheel. If anyone has experienced this and knows a solution, please share.:smilebounce:

Hi folks, Its been a while since my last update. Not much exciting other than some cosmetic work that was done.
The wheels were reworked, due to pothole damaged. We took advantage and did slight color change. The wheels now have a bit more silver, it looks kinda like a dark shade of shadow chrome.
The paint on the front lip was also flaking and peeling out so gave it a fresh coat of paint. They look so much better now, especially with the addition of gloss black on the sides.

Had a busy Sunday, oil flush and change done with new set of spark plugs.
I Installed NGK 97506 gaped at 0.020.
I must say that I am quite surprised how much difference a new set of plugs made, car seems to burble a lot more and the idle and drive is super smooth. I will definitely be using the same plugs on the 535i which currently has the NGK 95770, curious to see if there is any difference to how they perform :smilebounce:
Old yucky oil filter. Age: 15k km Looks like I might need to drop my service interval to 10k km.

Just to add, the old plugs were worn out evenly and did not throw any errors. :cartel:
