R53 dump valve

I want want know if a universal HKS dump Valve will fit on a mini cooper s R53?

The R53 uses a Bypass Valve on the Supercharger..

It is open under normal throttle and as soon as you hit let loud pedal it closes and charged air gets diverted to intake manifold..
