My Passenger seat. In the Z3 rocks back and forward , found all the solutions and bushes avaliable online, can't find any one in joburg who can fix it though, it seems too complicated, and the dearest dealership in the north, claims there are only 2 bushes required for the z3 where every Uk advert states that there are 4 per seat, found a quick fix solution, put a sweater rolled up behind the seat and move it back all the way on the electronic adjustment, the seat doesn't rock anymore, it worked on mine, maybe I should join the tonsils at BMW , and It didn't cost me R790 for the diagnostic report, to tell me there was a problem with my seat. Go figure, anyone out there know a good place for repairs and service for my Z3 in joburg, not a dealership please, thanks Houston [/b]

Houston, depending on how mechanically minded you are. It should be a DIY job. especially in the toptop as all you do is remove teh seats (easier than in the cramped coupe)... turn them upside down undo some screws disassemble the "kebab"... now if you want a quick fix anything that is 2.8mm thick will do the job... so if you have scrap plastics pref nylon you cut to size put a 13mm hole in teh middle insert them in the place of the soft old spacers and you are away.

P.S. There are 4 per seat. 2 for each rail.
