possible to move E90 iDrive system from one car to another?

found an accident E90 with iDrive system, owner wants to sell parts,
it is possible to buy the idrive parts and installed in another E90 car (both are 2010 type)?

Worth the effort - IMO No!

Seen it done on the E90 forum. Its a kak load of work and the troubleshooting and amount of things to go wrong is insane.

it is just approved again as a hard job... both physically and mentally..

anyway, hardware retrofit is done, now busy with coding,, and need more instructions..

it took me the whole weekend...excluding coding (still suffering from the coding..)

but I'm not a mechanician, wasted lots of time on dis-assembly.

i've added VO of $609, $620 and $6UH, also removed $663.. according to the instructions, but so far only radio is working...

I have only NCS, no WinKfp yet...
