One suggestion that i had was to give Stirrers the Wooden spoon award that will become part of your signature for a Week once you have transgressed and made yourself guilty of insulting, Flaming Ext.

And your title under your Forum name will change to Stirrer of the week.

Sounds good. But make it a month... A week goes by so quickly.

For each transgression, maybe add a certain percentage to their "warning status" ad make it visible to other members. Once it reaches 100%...
