Hub centric spacers are perfectly safe. People use these on racing cars which incurs major stress. Those that aren't safe are the plain spacers which put stress on the studs. Anything more than 5mm on a plain spacer becomes dodgy. Also, you HAVE to get longer bolts.
ive been running 25mm spacers all round for a while now with uprated suspension wheels have not fallen off yet :rollsmile:
Does one get OEM style wheel bolts (also a lock type) for the increased length? Not keen on using bolts that look like they come from builder's warehouse etc... Then I must say, I can see myself widening my car's stance a bit, especially the rear! :thumbs:
