Regarding the turn out. Very good. The moment we shared just respecting Walker's legacy and who he was, was very touching.

So Stoneridge is round the corner from me (10 minutes drive), and last minute decision to go, so I dusted of the "Seven" and decided to do the "meet & greet" thing, but opted out of the "lap around JHB", the 7 is just to uneconomical for that.

some awesome cars, with lots of heavy breathing and backfiring Turbo's and exhausts wide enough to be able to set the tappets from behind.

good to meet up with the other car-clubs/car-forums for a joint venture, was a big turn-out.

Had a 30 secs silence, and a small prayer for Paul

As I am typing this and uploading a few "Non-Divio-Quality" images, the main group is probably near Soweto on the highway, doing the lap of the City in honour of Paul Walker

unfortunatly did not do the run around jhb due to the tolls and my way of boycotting them,but so far sounds like it was awesome,this is something that i will never forget and nor will my son and wife.

what surprized me was:
guys from other clubs couldnt believe the amount of cars that pitched,personally it didnt surprize me as it was about the same amount as an Bmwfanatics ice cream run:rollsmile:

amazing how a fellow petrol head can bring so many petrol heads across the world together:thumbs:

Sorry I could not get everyone the amount of stickers they wanted, will try find out if there are any left. That was out my hands.

But where were all the M3 ous? I spotted one red E92 M3...absolute stunner!
Even the vulture towtrucks pulled in, an emergency vehicle with lights flashing...quite a presence.

Wonder what other road users were thinking: 80 cars with hazards flashing driving 90 on the freeway.

Any links to pic threads? Quite a few guys were taking rolling shots on the run
