Parys Breakfast run 12 September

Seeing as it is a breakfast run I guess we could go to the wimpy in parys (Palm Gate Centre, Cnr Buiten & Water Street)

I've just googled it and it seems Parys is +- 150km from Midrand. Having never been there is that correct? To make it there for breakfast what time would we be leaving JHB?

Yeah that seems about right (right on the border between gauteng and the freestate) I would guess it would be a late breakfast, also the guys wanted a long run.

The 12th of Sep sounds good to me. Will look closer to the time and then start rally up the PTA guys. I just hope that everybody that has put their names on the list pulls through and not chicken out at the last minute. I think this can be an awesome run !

Hi Guys,

Sorry I have been so quite, lots on my mind...

I do not know Parys that well, just that is out on the R59 and its a nice long run. So the wimpy that San suggested sounds awesome.

I recommend that we meet up that morning at the Glen, as its a fair distance for the PTA guys to travel as well as for the locals, and from there we hit the R59 with Coisman in front so that he can get the fines

With that in mind....

Is there not somewhere actually on the side of the river? That would be really great.

And hopefully someone knows a better road than the N1 to get there..
