I forgot to reset the trip computer before the journey bit managed to get it down from 21/100 to 13.7/100. Yes i do enjoy the car , for where we are now , family wise it is one of the best to have, downside yes is the fuel economy , other than that i am very happy with the car.Glad your beast is running fine and you are able to enjoy it while creating memories.
Out of curiosity, what was your fuel average of your drive to the coast?
Yeah these cars is not cheap on fuel but they so much fun!Update time, mileage now at 167XXX, took a trip down to KZN again. Apart from the frequent refuel stops i have nothing bad to report.

For a moment there I thought you said the guy on the bike is your other lady 🤪Yes both ladies belong to me but not the bike...... My wife was driving when it happened. Actually drove over the bike, Luckily the driver did not end up under the car. He took a corner and fell, bike slided into/under my car. Literally five houses from where we stay.
I see the old faithful kadett in the backgroundOn a different note, fortunately no serious injury's.
Will sort out both Lady's soon.
Thanks for the kind words. There is currently three + X6///M running around in our area, the others mostly parked, ours used as daily runabout Except for now until she is repaired.Hey Bud
Great thread and congrats on the M. They becoming quite rare on the road, in fact i cant remember when last i saw one on the road. Still looks pretty good
That reminds me, i need to do my recall as well.Yes she is the runaround, from April 23 till now just shy of 11000 km. And she was down for a month and a half. She need to go to the agents for airbag recall, will do that early nextd year, together with oil service and fluid flush.
